1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the application FalNyomtató ERP Integration (“the Application”), operated by FalNyomtató Kft (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.
2. Description of the Service
The Application provides integration between enterprise systems and financial institutions using PSD2 / Open Banking services, enabling authorized access to bank account information for accounting, reconciliation, and internal financial management purposes.
The Application does not perform payment initiation and cannot move funds.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Application only if:
- You are legally permitted to grant access to the bank account data
- You are authorized to act on behalf of the relevant company or account holder
- You comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. User Consent and Authorization
By using the Application, you explicitly authorize us to access your bank account data via licensed Open Banking providers (such as Enable Banking), strictly within the scope you approve during the consent process.
You acknowledge that:
- Access is granted under PSD2 regulations
- Consent is typically valid for a limited period (e.g. up to 90 days)
- You may revoke consent at any time through the provider or your bank
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Use the Application solely for lawful purposes
- Ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to access the data
- Protect access to any systems or credentials under your control
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Application
- Use the Application for fraudulent or illegal activities
6. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is processed and protected.
We process data only with your consent and only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Services
The Application relies on third-party services, including licensed Open Banking providers and infrastructure services.
We are not responsible for:
- Availability or performance of third-party services
- Bank system downtime or API errors
- Actions taken by financial institutions or Open Banking providers
Their respective terms and policies apply.
8. Availability and Changes
We strive to keep the Application available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Suspend access for maintenance or security reasons
- Update these Terms at any time
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:
- Accuracy or completeness of financial data
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Continuous availability
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FalNyomtató Kft shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Financial losses resulting from incorrect or delayed data
- Errors originating from banks or third-party providers
Use of the Application is at your own risk.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FalNyomtató Kft from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your misuse of the Application
- Violation of these Terms
- Unauthorized access to bank account data
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- Required by law or regulation
- Continued operation poses security or compliance risks
You may stop using the Application at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
